FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 12 – Fly-In Arrival & Wing Camping Kickoff
Aircraft & pilot arrival; wing camping setup
Social hour (snacks, drinks, games, music, welcome hangar)

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 13 – Main Event Day
Pancake breakfast (EAA/local sponsor)
Aircraft & car arrivals, vendor setup
Huey helicopter rides (ticketed; continuous ops)
Hot air balloon rides (weather permitting)

Skydiving Exhibitions
Food trucks, kids’ zone, bounce houses, vendor shopping
Aircraft and car judging
Awards ceremony (car & aircraft classes)
Wind-down, raffle winners, fly-bys
Evening social for fly-in patrons, optional open mic or acoustic music
