Area youth ages 8 to 17 will again have a chance to take to the skies on Saturday, Oct. 13, as Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) Chapter 1525 hosts a Young Eagles Flight Rally at the Morehead-Rowan County Clyde A. Thomas Regional Airport.
