Public Comment: Mr. James opened the floor to public comment.
PHI1 Air Medical. Mr. Williams indicated that PHI had moved into the half hangar closest to the DWMH designated B End 1. Mr. Williams inquired about snow removal on Rodney Hitch Blvd. He is concerned about heavy snow removal. The issue may delay personnel from arriving at the base in a timely manner. Mr. James indicated that the County was responsible for removing snow on thethe airport road. He thought that mentioning that PHI is now based at the Airport may place the road in a higher priority/emergency category. Mr. Williams asked if any landscaping was planned at the DWMH. Buildings and Grounds committee will worked with Mr. Williams on this issue.
KBT/KAA. Mr. Helton reported that he attended a Kentuckians for Better Transportation (KBT) meeting in Frankfort, hosted by Col. Parker. He reminded everyone of the Kentucky Aviation Association (KAA) Conference in September (27-29), and invited all airports to attend. Mr. Clark suggested that we contact Col. Parker about airport signs on the interstate. Mr. Sisemore volunteered to put issue on the KAA meeting agenda.
